A huge thank you to Mrs Hewitt who joined for our 2nd Emotions assembly today. Mrs Hewitt shared some more great strategies to help us manage our emotions. We talked about how we were feeling and learned how to use grounding techniques 😌 Finger breathing is a firm favourite!🖐🏼🥰 @renedhwb.bsky.social
