Not a corgi but he resembles one in photos. Rocco is a rescue, chihuahua terrier, but sometimes I see corgi.

Been thinking about the word “family.” Being thousands of miles from my chosen family is a bummer and my family of origin is slowly dying off.

As our days are spent tending to my aging pops. I gotta stop and appreciate the little things….

Like how much this guy loves bacon and eggs. 😂

Hubby found a Pawley’s Island shell. It’s a thing.

Rocco is 19, he’s protective of his momma, and responds negatively to joy. He also sleeps in funny positions. Nice to meet you Sully!

I’m no fancy photographer, but had to share the moon… and the neighborhood cat.

Vincent and I met earlier this year when I was visiting friends in Minneapolis. We had a good laugh. #HappierDays

I went for my morning walk last week while listening to The Clash. A neighbor asked how I was and I answered honestly. Needless to say I’m not making friends here in the South.

Already enjoying this experience. I hope you don’t mind the occasional picture of Rocco. He’s 18 and cranky as ever.
