(ME/CFS)I had a remission event! I fasted for 72hrs a few weeks back and my baseline improved. It’s too soon to say for sure if it will last (I know I can screw it up😬..) so I hold my breath. I went from severe/moderate to moderate! I advice all of you that can to try. It just may work for you too🤞
