The hardest part of this packing is picking my clothes. I've never lived anywhere without my full wardrobe and now I need to be selective but I need options for work. But I also want things to wear on the weekends. And I need my loungewear.

Now that my stomach issues feel like they're gone, I still want to keep the habits I built when I was wary of problematic foods. Smaller portions, no snacking after dinner, tea after big meals, probitotics, ginger, no junk food. And I'm still avoiding Nsaids.

I need to pack. I'm moving out of my parents house into my friend's apartment to start week 2 of my new job. Lord willing, it's better than week 1 🙏🏽

Sooooo...when your start date is Monday and you haven't had the chance to do onboarding because there was a system issue and HR hasn't gotten back to you...what then? Remote jobs are fun but the first day always makes me feel like I'd be less lost in a rain forest 😵💫

I took a last round interview with a different company after already accepting a job offer elsewhere because I just wanted to see if I could get the job. It was a cold application, no referral. I did it on my own. And I'm really proud of that. 🥹💓

I didn’t leave X because people there had different opinions and ideologies, I left because it stopped being fun. I get on social media to chat with people who think thinking is fun. X stopped being a place where that was true.

Got a job offer and did not calculate how much I'm gonna be making weekly. That's how you know every penny regardless is gonna get saved. My Twitter peeps who saw me complain about job applications for a year...I'm free of all that now 💕🙌🏽

The desire to snack just because I have snacks? Gone. The desire to eat just because I'm thinking about food? Gone. Eating till I'm stuffed and in a food coma? Gone. How did I do it? My stomach would hurt so bad and make me vomit before I made these changes. So I just had to get with the program.
