That + the IRS would be one of the most well funded and equipped departments because of course they’re not just gonna let people just get away with not paying.

The bus is economical (~$5 per way) but I usually need my bike for riding around Sacramento anyways and the bus bike spots fill up quickly.

even at $12 for a round trip though, it’s still far more economical to drive between Sacramento and Davis for many
