Recipe:
2oz Plymouth Gin
1/4oz Elderflower Liquer
1/4oz Grenadine
2 dashes orange bitters

Add ingredients to a mixing glass, stir with ice, and strain over a large cube of ice.

Hey thanks for the feedback! Yea, let me see what I can do to make this easier to follow. I’ve thought about a longer form version where I can actually explain, give tips, etc., but the 60sec limit makes that tough and I don’t really want to send people off app to YouTube or something like that..

It’s tasty, but doesn’t compare to a classic Paper Plane in my opinion. It lacks a bit of the roundness and orange notes from the Nonino that complement the Aperol so well, and the anise notes from the Chartreuse are pretty pronounced in the finish and just feel a little out of place.
