I think a point you're missing is that Dolan wants a return to the autocratic Monarch model of the Catholic Church that existed for centuries. In private, he would consider Francis a heretic and hold a grudge about John XXIII.

Duckworth has been vocal. She asked a really good question about veterans that led i to a brilliant response from Booker about civic responsibilities.

Jan wins as long as she wants to run. The LGBTQ community comes out in force for her. Why kick her to the curb because of age? She still can walk the entire route of Chicago Pride. She's sharp. She's an actual progressive with a proven record.

I lived in Jan's district. She's fantastic. Her office was about 1 block away from my old apartment. She is one of the best friends the LGBTQ community has in Congress and was a great neighbor...meaning, her staff would make copies for T-PAN.
