There is a certain point where we have to realize that the gerontocracy in the Democratic Party is a major drag on us The GOP is doing a much better job fielding younger candidates and sending them to public office Now dont get me wrong, I think having the institutional expertise that is gathered by being in office for years is important, and you need better qualifications than "Im young." However our older politicians need to know when its time to pass the torch

I didn’t want to quote the user because I don’t want to revisit a painful experience.

I still think about this because the building owners are already allowed to build up if they choose to go through the zoning hearing board and variance process.
