We have been here before and seen them off before. British fascists waving flags. We need to keep an eye on them and that is what this account is doing.

Any gossip, email reformwatch_scotland@protonmail.com
Now this is the sort of thing we need to keep a watch for....

2. #Councillor Alec Leishman of Renfrewshire Council can be added to the List of Shame. Scots Tories won't be happy.

Two news snippets:

1. Reform refugee #councillor Thomas Kerr has resigned as Bailie (a strange civic courtesy title) before being pushed. This seems unusual in Scottish local government, other than the obvious case of Reform being detested by everyone else.

#Scotland Next up, candidates past and future and whatever else can be found on personalities.

We should start with councillors. There are no MSPs as the Tory defector Michelle Ballantyne was booted out in 2021. There are, of course, no MPs, being first-past-the-post. But more on #Ballantyne ...

#Scotland #branches Thoughts: fewer than I thought, even if they are just email inboxes. Highlands and Islands, Perthshire, Borders are too sensible to participate.

I might have missed one but the branch details contain the usual donation option for the gullible, so likely to be kept up to date.

The first step is to act local. A trawl of Reform UK activity and personnel in Scotland will be forthcoming. As far as I can see, there's not much of a physical presence but a list of branches that are probably email inboxes, with some familiar names. More soon.
