But the fact that I would be watching Randall and Hopkirk (Deceased) on LWT back then, with that fantastic title theme, probably played a small part in forming my love for film and TV music today!

Also, something from Titus - where Hopkins' role is front and centre - would have been nice in place of one of the multi-track scores.

Well Neil, just imagine for most of us here in the UK where we don't have baseball every day. We have to listen to film music related stuff all the time! 😉

I am no expert on game music but there does seem to be a lot of experimenting with the music for a lot of games. I had always assumed that that was because composers were given the opportunity to experiment. Perhaps it's more a case of being directed by the game producers after all?

I remember hearing this announced on a radio news bulletin and I was surprised at how much I was affected. But I had been listening to his music for decades.
