Gonna do another one: profit is theft.

People should not be allowed to extract the value of the labor of others and hoard it for themselves.
"my least woke opinion is---"

That's enough. We've had enough people indulging in the "thrill of a little conservatism", as a treat. Of considering reactionary thought to be a salacious and taboo in a world descending into reactionary mania.

Give me your MOST woke opinions. We're bringing it back.

Polyamory should be fully legal and socially normal, and the default assumption should be that others are bi and poly, not straight and monogamous, until/unless they declare otherwise.

Declaring otherwise should not be a big deal or anything tho.

Hedge funds should not be allowed to own anything that falls under a generous definition of basic needs (so: water, air, electricity, housing, food, agricultural lands, parks but also voting machines, public transit, libraries, newspapers, education, and art).

So many to choose from, but I feel like I have to go with the fan favorite: Use of facial recognition should be punished the same as uranium smuggling. Double for police. 100% serious.

Lots of folks captioning aurora photos like "for a few minutes we didn't think about politics"

guess I'm built different, every time I'm out trying to see night sky stuff I frequently think about how much light pollution is entirely preventable with just a tiny bit of regulation

More impunity for the elite, courtesy of the Trump regime.
There's a law on the books to make corporations pay taxes on the huge profits they report to shareholders.

The Trump admin has quietly decided not to enforce it.

This de facto corporate tax break will add hundreds of billions to the deficit.

Why is no one talking about this?

Let’s talk about Epstein.

Wait, don’t go, it’s not that kind of conversation, promise.

I avoid talking about Epstein because I have really bad OCD and conversations of that nature make it worse.

There has been a noticeable reticence in left and liberal circles to voice full-throated support for pornography, even as it's become increasingly clear what the open end goals of the censorship movement are
In a lot of ways other leftists chose this path folks. They shrugged and didn’t care when Patreon banned a ton of hypnosis and TF creators, or when YouTube started their ASMR crackdown. Now it’s coming for queer porn creators, more and more. Who will stand up?

I like how full text search of every book and human thought ever was a SOLVED PROBLEM in 2001, and now dicks at search engines and my own phone – a piece of silicon faster to respond than God was ever imagined in scripture – prevent it from working, _as a retroactive infantilizing design choice_.

I remember people criticizing the Fallout games for having all these computer entries of people just detailing all the horrible, corrupt shit they were doing.

apparently the devs only crime was not making the entries detailed enough, and having correct spelling.

Welp I’m glad I decided not to try poking around in the Epstein e-mail dump yesterday, today’s Job Work includes a divorce case with allegations of sexual abuse of a child and I have a limit for how much of that kind of stuff I can read about in a week

Where are my people who always cried “where there’s smoke there’s fire” with ANYTHING to do with the Clintons when all her hacked emails revealed were a risotto recipe?

And, to be clear, ANYONE and EVERYONE guilty of being part of Epstein’s web should rot in prison.

Dear grad students: please stop second-guessing whether your email sounds good, this is what the richest people on earth are sending each other.

you can stop sweating over whether to sign off with "sincerely" or "best".
genuinely very few things more satisfying than reading the kinds of emails rich and famous people send each other

My takeaway from every new Epstein revelation is that some powerful people victimized many powerless young women, many more knew, some actively enabled it--and we're still being told that MeToo and accountability for sexual violence have gone too far

There is absolutely no person whose presence in that conspiracy could possibly make me say "they're too important to prosecute" or whatever. Give them a trial, because due process is important, and once they're found guilty, we can have a parade between the courthouse and the prison.

And now this 👇🏻

One key date in all these files is June 30, 2008. That was the day after cutting a deal with future Trump Labor Secretarty Alex Acosta, that Epstein went into a court room and pled guilty.

Every correspondent after that knew they were speaking with a convicted child rapist. Every one of them.

To the establishment the tragedy seems to be that a mother lost her child far far more than a trans girl lost her life and everything that’s followed has been about suring up the ownership and control parents have over their children
Yknow thinking more about MPs championing the no phones in schools thing in Brianna Ghey’s name just how arrogant you gotta be as a cis person not to wonder where all the trans people endorsing your project are at named after a girl murdered for being trans
