I'm glad I'm not alone in chasing down the flyers. They don't have half a clue what Rocket can do to them until they've died multiple times and swap.
Granted the Iron Man buffs made this a good bit tougher but they added another flyer to abuse to make up for it.

He got buffed in the first major patch(Quite a big one, actually).
People just look for a reason to explain their losses and a healer is an easy target.
Most of them are forced to pick healers and they feel forced to pick a heal ult when they do so. So they are taking it out on real healers.

If it makes you feel better(or worse) this pretty much happens in gaming on every level unless you are talking the smallest of indie studios.
Live service usually just are even more predatory about it(This was small in comparison to the usual, still a bad thing)
