Ever since I grabbed the deluxe hardcover of Blade of the Immortal (the fourth time buying it because of the format changes over the years), I was struck again by how much I appreciate Samura's use of tone sheets as well as traditional halftone drawing - which put a thought into my head.

My kid and I made a comic called Kaiju Panic! It’s about a super-powered dinosaur that fights giant monsters.
