We also found a cricket ball of indeterminate age so that was pretty cool. Also a sunken plot marker with only a D on it, which might be too much even for me...

Plus he used part of a broken stone as the base and we don't know where the rest is...enough left to figure out who one name on it was (Anthony McNally, died Feb 1861 aged 2) but nothing else

I guess I just like to ask everyone who was patting themselves on the back for their moral victory that *we* achieved a peaceful transfer of power, does it feel like a fucking peaceful transfer of power now? Is this transfer *peaceful?* We just gave people who said they want to kill us all the guns.

The problem is that I almost only used twitter to keep track of what was going on (better or worse) and didn't really tweet much, so this the new "what's going on?" platform...hopefully it's busier now than it was last year, and not with shits.

These had spaces left blank for the father/husband or mother and "Also of"s, but for whatever reason they weren't buried here. So there's just an acre of blank space making it very clear immediately that the family moved on after (this isn't standard, you don't see that formatting everywhere)

This is one of two tall monuments, with this one having been built by the Accrington Brass Band in memory of one of their members and his wife (the bit that says this was impossible to photograph, take my word for it)
