Pink,rose,yellow,red,white and some pastel turquoises. I chose the objects to represent objects I painted in my last painting. A cat for a cat, a dragon for a horse. This time I used some Holly for a festive feel. This is a work in progress. I am enjoying putting colours next to colours.

Still life of pattern and colour that celebrates tea! Blue, green, pink, and lavender colour. Jemima puddle duck is a figurine used at a celebratory tea at the AGBI (artists general benevolent institution). I found mine at the Needham market carboot sale. I was thinking about Gracie Fields singing ‘Nice Cup of tea’ and Philip Jeays ‘welcome to the tea dance’. There are dahlias,cosmos and a rose, plums and an egg with lots of pattern.

My mother is 91 and she is deffo a super-ager! She spends most days gardening and sewing original clothes she repurposes from clothes she finds in thrift stores. She is involved politically 💙💙
