As many as people shit on this film, it does have one of the best lines of the TOS films with Kirk asking, “What does God need with a starship?” It’s easily a top 5 quotable line of the franchise.

It felt like they diminished the entire Vulcan experience when they invent serums that miraculously turn them into them.

I miss the syndication days when they made more effort to develop the other species than just feel like a joke or gimmick.

I like the intent behind "What is Starfleet," but to center it just one mission feels half-assed. Beto should be covering more than one mission to get a more comprehensive assessment, even if it's a clip show than glorified found footage piece.

I settle for him just dying and things crumbling away.
