Emeril has taken a lot of heat for “selling out”, “not really cooking”, etc. However, he inspired a ton of young people to pursue the culinary arts. He was a big reason I chose South Louisiana for culinary school. Now, with two Michelin Stars, the haters can zip it. Congrats, Chef and staff!
