Hi!
Likely due to loss of T-cell tolerance/direct infiltration of t-cells. Often Oncology will stop the drugs when creatinine increases and give empirical steroids.
Glomerular disease also seen, but not as often (TIN>90% renal cases)
I hope some Onco-nephrologists can comment more fully!

Large spectrum of renal complications as well.
From tubulointerstial nephritis to rarer complications.
