That's a neat change up. One of my sisters-in-law usually makes the original. I think I'm going to suggest pistachios and dried cranberries for a change! Thanks for sharing.

That looks fantastic and reminds me of the recipe we learned in Girl Scouts. Unfortunately I can't eat so much chocolate anymore so I'll be making penuche this year.
