i fear that the likes of Golden, Cuellar, MGP etc. will give Johnson a bigger margin of error, but yeah, it's tight
also have to wonder if Trump pitches a fit when he learns that the CR contains anti-RIF provisions

i think my question here is if an injunction from SCOTUS would block *all* payments or just the difference between the previously-court-ordered partial payments and the full payments
