It is very much criminal what’s happening. The worst is the AER is captured by industry and industry has the politicians in their pockets. The people stuck living by this unregulated industry suffer

I was just reading some tour reports on an oil well- they fracked this well on two separate occasions, is that normal?

Poisoning happening to Albertan citizens & the government is saying so what? Their is nothing you can do about it, so we’re not going to stop it.

I first became aware of AER's oil/govt captured state following Jessica Ernst's attempt for justice over the polluted ground water on her property. Where the AER/govt literally told her go ahead sue, we have millions.

I’m an Albertan rancher and I can very much relate to that story. Also having issues with big oil companies that get their way, all the time thanks to the Alberta Energy Regulator

Yes it’s true & I might add everyone thinks the landowner is getting rich on these things- most definitely not, one old leaking well on my land they are paying $1500 a year…and it’s leaking gas-healthy stuff lol
