I have two major passions: Manchester City and video gaming.

Follow me for talk on either!
I think the whole thing is designed to create that kind of atmosphere unfortunately. Football is such an ego-driven thing too; everyone’s opinions smell sweeter than everyone else’s. You realise how bad it is online when you speak to people at the pub/the match/whatever and they’re normal.

I’m trying to get away from this. X is/was a problem in itself. Toxicity galore.

I also find that when I go to games (Saturday a prime example), the way people behave afterwards is shocking, like they’re in a bad mood so can do whatever they see fit. It’s grim.

It’s not been true for many years, as we all knew, but the 15-16 reliable first-teamers we did have were *so* good that it papered over it.

Once Rodri was gone, it was curtains for this season. KDB being out (essentially) during these 5 losses has also played a massive part.

I don’t like the word ‘crisis’, because long-term, we’ll be fine.

But you can put any of this season’s failures to come firmly down to poor planning from the club, whose attention seems to be elsewhere. Pep might be culpable too; probably is.

It’ll be a slog unless we go big in January (we won’t).

We all knew Walker was declining rapidly last season, let alone this.

We all knew that De Bruyne is another year older with a poor injury record.

We all knew the same about Stones.

We all knew, but the club didn’t ask. We will pay the price heavily this season on a trophy front.

Grealish is without doubt, our best option on the left wing at the minute, but it doesn’t change the fact that it’s his own availability issues that plague him, not his football ability.

Either injured, suspiciously unavailable or just openly not right, he misses too many games. Time to get rid.

Couldn’t agree more. KDB’s salary, injury record and age should make it a no brainer. He’s one of quite a few City should be looking at moving on in the summer if we have any chance of realistically rebuilding. He’s objectively the best player we’ve ever had but it’s time, for me.

If Van de Ven is missing, that’s huge for us.

One of the only centre-halves who can legitimately keep up with Haaland.

I’m feeling pretty relaxed. In some ways, it’s a must win and in some, it feels like the pressure is off for us. Think we’ll be up for it and ready.

Something where they don’t need to control the camera and move at the same time. My partner really struggles with games where camera movement is needed to be done manually. Lego games are a good in for this usually!

My guess is that he’d go with Walker as the right sider, but I’m pretty certain that that is a horrible idea. Stones is a clear starter but often unavailable. Maguire, Guehi, Dunk, Harwood-Bellis, Quansah etc. all feel in that similar boat of ‘meh, not good to start for England’.

Because they literally have no idea what’s going on. They work on whispers and the whispers are all different so it’s a complete minefield. I’m sure someone knows something legitimate but how do you separate that from the chancers and grifters? We’ll know when we know.

Definitely feels like an unbalanced mess. We literally don’t have a natural left-back with any kind of top level experience but we pretty have have to leave one of Palmer/Foden/Saka out every time we play. No established centre-half to partner Stones but 3 unbelievable right-backs for years. Pain.

I recently played TimeSplitters: Future Perfect on PS Plus. Truly, one of my favourite PS2 games ever. It just didn’t hit in quite the same way.

Nostalgia needs to be protected sometimes by simply never going near the media again!
