More density is needed, just not sure this is the best way to accomplish that! The same plot could accommodate an 8 unit apartment building!

In most cases, the rail is planned to run adjacent to, not down the middle of the pedestrian/bike path. These people need to put down their bourbons and look at the plans. Idiots all!
