Trumps add ons to the Whitehouse remind me of this phase of tattooing.

Fucking ridiculous and it screams of later life regret.

Shot in 2019, this image I made of the early morning sun shining through the torch of Lady Liberty is, for me, a reminder of the hope that America still holds.

I have met & know some incredible people there, and they have become great friends and family.

Don't dim their light, alofa & respect 💙

BE A GOOD ANCESTOR
Digital photograph 2025

A reminder of who we were.
A reminder of who are.
A reminder of what we will become.

Death has nothing to do with us.

We live on in memory.
We live today.
We will be remembered.

Bone bound.
Blood ties.
Chromosome connection.

Be a good Ancestor.

Looking at what is happening in Gaza, Trump has become the Frog in the fable of the Frog and the Scorpion.

Netanyahu had no intention of honouring the ceasefire - has has no honour.

Judith Collins needs to hush herself, every time she talks the rattling of skeletons in her cupboard gets louder.

Clattering in Oravida and HMNZ Manawanui...

Inspired by Samoan poet and academic Albert Wendt's poem - Inside us the dead.

"Inside me the dead
woven into my flesh like the
music
of bone flutes

my polynesian fathers
who escaped the sun's wars,
seeking
these islands by prophetic stars"

Self-portrait.

I used to collect comics, all I have left from that period of my life is just under 2000 comics ranging from 2000ads, Marvel publications (specifically X-Men books), some Image imprints and Vertigo books.

A side effect of buying was picking up toys, guess which Marvel character was my favorite 🤓🤣

To celebrate my turning 54 we had KFC, not as common a thing as you'd think for this Samoan.

Went to the end of Palmers Road in Clendon for the traditional holding out of the food from family.

Out of nowhere the black chicken of consequences showed up, coolest chicken ever.

Life is a mystery.

Sundays with Xena.

She's eleven years old now and all she cares about is getting sun, ear scratches and my wife.

Occasionally I make the cut but I have resigned myself to being the spare human.

Post a perfect album from the '90s that isn't grunge.

"The fat of the land" - Prodigy.

So much to love about this classic. When I was younger, it was the bass, now that I'm older its the nostalgia - and bass.
