I relate 100%. When a episode happens I get incredibly emotional and its very difficult to keep control when my mind is racing a million mile an hour. It bothers me how much users on tik tok glorify mental illness or think its some cute gimmick. Hell I even seen VR chat players claim bi polar and other mental illnesses like its Pokémon collections. I personally deal with bipolar and it gets scary sometimes. Mental illness is nothing to joke about.
