Eh Informed Consent is a pretty important concept for “American Freedom” regardless of the side you are on, from wanting HRT, to Plastic Surgery, to Boner Pills and Testosterone Supplements. To standard treatment too.

Informed Consent is separate from consent in the sexual context

While most Trans people are probably aware of Informed Consent from an HRT context it’s actually a legally required* medical practice to ensure patients are aware of their treatment options, risks and benefits, and requires consent before proceeding with treatment. I doubt they are against it.

I think it’s more problematic that they want my government ID now to “prove” I’m an adult. Not handing that over.

I think if I recall correctly they are using AI to try and make these determinations and now they want my government ID and stuff to verify I’m actually an adult. I’m not giving them that.
