One of the things I miss from back home in the States are proper-sized appliances. We have a small refrigerator that fits under a kitchen counter, a washing machine but no dryer, and a small dishwasher that sits on top of the counter. I have dreams of huge American fridge/freezers. :D

Agreed. We have a small kitchen and it is so loud.

Probably the Aerosmith album Toys in the Attic. Not sure where I bought it, but it was probably in Medford, Oregon (the California town that we lived in at the time was too small to buy music in).
