Sometimes a preacher. Sometimes a prophet. Always a rebel. Always queer.
The best thing about Trump’s inauguration: Since he took office, I have found myself getting liberated from all the “friends” on FB who find my post to be “too political.”

Also, people need to stop telling oppressed people, “We will all get through this together” when some of us are going to die.

I laid on the floor of my therapists office today having an anxiety attack about the possible terrors that are going result from a second Trump presidency.

Yeah.

So how’s your day going?

Well, that was a really nice four year break of not have anxiety and rage every time the President does something.

Trump pardons roughly 1,500 criminal defendants charged in the Jan. 6 Capitol attack
The sweeping pardons would mark the beginning of the end of one of the largest investigations in FBI history.

I am tired of Trump being President, and there hasn’t even been an inauguration yet.

I told my mentor, “I feel too tired to be angry.” And he said, “You need to keep being angry, because anger is the only thing that is going to get us through the next four years.”

Educate, agitate, organize.

I am crushed to read of the accusations against Gaiman.

So Gaiman: Once or twice, maybe we should considered your side of the story. But nine women came forward. Maybe it’s just you? 🤷‍♀️
Maybe I was raised weird, but I'm of the opinion that people who do nothing wrong and definitely didn't sexually abuse anyone don't need to keep NDAs ready and waiting for people to sign in exchange for stacks of money.

I am so very proud of this event, and the community organizing that happened to make it so successful.

Together, we blessed a union and helps around 70+ people with the legal papers they need to help protect their LGBTQ+ families.

I don’t even care that they misprinted my name.

Harmony Creek Church of Kettering offered an inclusive community wedding ceremony. The church also hosted a legal documentation workshop hoping to protect LGBTQ+ marriages, families, and estates.

The Sunk Cost Fallacy tells you to stay and keep fighting battles already lost. Resist. You do not have to keep fighting to preserve false fronts. Choose to fight for equity, love, and compassion for all in the community you live in not the one created on a web browser.
