There he is, skinny leg Stefan. Worked out pretty good. The trench crusade prussian stosstruppen plastic kit is a lot of fun.
The extra bits are from wargames atlantic. Legs from great war german infantry, head from the weird war conversions sprue and the base is one of their textured bases.

I knew I couldn't have been the first to notice it but I was was stoked when I did.

I also don't think Trench Crusade lacks comic relief. There is a lot of humor in the absurd levels of suffering and the sometimes outright comical weaponry. It might just not be your humor, because it's not green guy who talks funny

Titan forge had a couple proxy warband on offer. They had Iron Sultanate, Pilgrims and Black Grail. They were pretty pricey but I was looking at Black Grail anyway...
