Mzia Amaglobeli has ended her hunger strike after 37 days and hundreds of letters urging her to stop. I’m happy and relieved. This is the only rational and right decision in this situation. The regime doesn’t care about her health or well-being, and we need people like her to remain safe and strong.

During the march against the police regime, officers claimed covering faces was an administrative offense and demanded masks be removed. Protesters refused to comply, after which police arrested several protesters by force.
