It seems there's a bias for GFP expression in the notochord when generating #Zebrafish transgenics—many lines show this, and sometimes in rhombomeres 3/5, even though the endogenous gene isn't expressed there!!!!!

We've included the list of all vectors used, and you're absolutely right. Thank you for that! We definitely need to add the study by Kwan et al. (2007) in Developmental Dynamics.
