RAR Institute Monthly Workshop and Practical Training- Building Future Researchers and Community Leaders Today, RAR Institute conducted another successful Monthly Workshop and Practical Training under the theme “Academic Research Skills and Ethics.” This workshop was led by the RAR Graduate and Guide Team, who demonstrated outstanding commitment to helping learners build solid research foundations through interactive learning, teamwork, and critical discussions. The session began with an engaging ice-breaking activity, allowing participants to connect with one another, share their academic goals, and reflect on why research matters for community transformation. Learners explored questions such as “What is research?” and “Why do we need research for our society?” These activities created an atmosphere of curiosity and motivation. The workshop covered key research components including research outline, abstract, introduction, methodology, citation, literature review, data collection, analysis, and discussion writing. Each topic was explained with real examples from education, social sciences, and refugee community contexts. Learners practiced identifying qualitative, quantitative, and mixed-method approaches through guided exercises.
