At first, Yeasty and I worked together on rustic miches (the fashion at the time). Then we branched out into sandwich bread, rolls, pancakes, waffles, crackers, pretzels, pizza crusts, baguettes, English muffins, shokupan, and once or twice, a focaccia. My specialty, though, is bagels.

The thing to be careful about with the Govees: They are a gateway drug. Before you know it, you’ll be running addressable LED pixels throughout your house, sequencing custom animations…. Ask me how I know!!

Those are pretty good, I have some in my office. The app can be hard to understand though.
