That's the other half of the problem. Nintendo doesn't do sales. Nintendo is jumping the $70 standard for AAA titles mid-gen. A Kart racer doesn't meet the standard of a BotW or TotK. Other games that cost $70 at least go on a 30-60% off sale once in a while.

I have a Dell laptop still going strong from 2012. Its only "problem" is with WiFi 5Ghz-only networks. Still sleek, functional, and works with anything I need it to work with. Microsoft of course is trying to make it e-waste by forcing a Windows 11 upgrade, but I'm not biting.

Thing is, I support his right to show us who he really is with his speech. My bigger concern is everybody trying to deny that which is clear as day, and continue to support this regime.

Except that Lamar balled out, especially at the most critical moments of the game. Sure, two turnovers aren't great, but they both happened in the first half and the Ravens recovered from it. Mark Andrews' fumbled and turned the ball over, and the dropped 2-pt conversion literally ended the game.

I don't think anyone is suggesting that lighting isn't important. Just that pre-rendered lighting is often still both very good and WAY more computationally efficient.

I don't know how (un)popular of an opinion that it is, but I don't think Brady has the voice to be a great broadcaster. There's nothing distinctive or commanding in his voice that enhances the hype of the game that he's covering.
