TV Chosun, a conservative cable news network, interviewed one of the detained workers. At about 1:30, he says about the guards:

인종차별을 하더라고. 눈을 찢는다든지.

I didn’t have an inappropriate relationship with Jeffrey Epstein and I knew nothing of his crimes. It’s all right here in this redacted transcript of an interview my lawyer conducted with an alleged perjurer right before she was moved to a nicer prison.

It’s a terrible bill. It will literally kill people. The most vulnerable among us will suffer as the wealthiest benefit. It’s perverse. I wish there were something I could do. But alas, I am only a U.S. Senator from Alaska whose “no” vote would kill the bill. So I voted yes. You get it.

This is an important point. ICE isn't some new & uniquely evil agency not seen since Nazi Germany. It's behaving like any other local, state, or federal police force.
DHS keeps accusing critics of "assaulting officers" when videos show otherwise. In some cases, it's the protesters + prominent Dems who are roughed up or injured by officers.

It's "classic policing," says @dreanyc123.bsky.social. “The harder you get beaten, the more likely you’ll get those charges"

every American should know that as of June 2025 only ONE-THIRD of the U.S. Supreme Court agrees with the following statement as it pertains to the federal government deporting people in violation of court orders:

"In matters of life and death, it is best to proceed with caution."
Sotomayor, joined by Kagan and Jackson, do not mince words:

"[T]his Court now intervenes to grant the Government emergency relief from an order it has repeatedly defied. I cannot join so gross an abuse of the Court’s equitable discretion."

I'm going with C. Tom can plead the fifth, even if he isn't on trial himself. His concern that the buzz will get back to his workplace is unfortunate, but the best he can do is avoid incriminating himself by beeing quiet.
I'm so glad this #T3BE (quote skeet to play) inspired me to look up "bee heists". May have to put this up for footnote consideration. Happy Juneteenth folks.
