The inevitable consequence of doling out an ever-increasing share of economic growth to a small group of elites. There badly needs to be redistribution. It would be nice if there was a way other than government fiat.

There is simply no medical reason to take a person, cold-turkey, off of a medication they've been stable on for almost a decade, with no offer of anything else - and when the lack of that medication causes irreversible lifelong issues up to and including death.

Vance is a horror. The silver lining is that I don't think he would be a particularly appealing candidate in a fair election.
