I watched every hour of #ThePitt. My daughter was murdered in the Parkland shooting. I remember sitting in the ER hoping she was there going through life saving efforts by the ER docs, nurses, & staff. We were not that lucky. Thank you to this show for showing the reality of mass shootings.
It was tough to let go of this season of #ThePitt.

The show was a masterclass in the spur of the moment calls healthcare professionals must make in response to a mass shooting. It was also a portal to finding humanity in the absolute darkest of moments.

Finished #ThePitt and yes, it is the most realistic depiction of what medical professionals go through mentally to do the job.
