And yeah, struggled through 40 years of existence, wondering why I couldn't keep jobs more than a few years due to focus issues. It's amazing the relief when you know what's going on, and what you can do about it.

Yeah, it takes some experimenting and just time on a dose to figure out what works best for you (which I know is frustrating). But I hope you get to a good point soon!

I'm on a SNRI too, and it took trying several different ones to weed out side effects that were "un-fun" lol

I really wish the movie industry would bring back intermissions for anything longer than 90 min.
Besides, it would probably help the theatre concession sales. lol
