It’s the people not the town (also it’s multiple towns). That’s where I grew up. It used to be working class people who all got forced out by the tech boom. Many of those communities are still there despite the tech goblins. Choke out the industry not the people.

Banging one out was my FIRST thought when I heard about that missile. It’s my first order of business if we bouta get missiled, asteroided, or Godzilla’d to death.

But also stitching designs into jeans is cross-stitch or embroidery and super easy to learn. It’s not one of my chosen crafts but you can learn the basics in an afternoon.

You are remembering that story VERY differently, lol I’m the ONLY one she taught to sew and the quilt accidentally turned out in obscene shapes.

You didn’t ask! I can teach you some stuff via zoom. But fiber arts is mostly knit/crochet. Very zoom teachable.
