It's second batch made this week because we tore through the first batch turning it into breakfast burritos.
Oh yeah, I forgot to mention, the potatoes are tossed in butter, grapeseed oil, cumin, chipotle chili powder, garlic, onion, salt and pepper, then roasted at 425F for 35 minutes.

You can't really see the garlic scapes, I sliced them pretty thin before sautéing them with the rest of the ingredients but the flavor was phenomenal.

This was me going in for one last taco last night for Taco Tuesday.

After baking at 425 F for 14 minutes, I finish the pizzas with roughly chopped fresh cilantro for a bright herb finish that perfectly compliments the other toppings. 🍜🍽🍝
