Last night I volunteered for our Clackamas County Clerk Catherine McMullen's campaign kick-off event. County Clerk is the most important job right now in every county. Who is your clerk? Get out and volunteer.

I returned back from my trip to Waldo Lake, OR today. Was gone 5 nights. No phone. Wonderful to be disconnected. Hiked 25 miles and saw over 20 alpine lakes. Some of my favorite pictures from the week.

Welcome to the tRump era of efficiency. Thank God I'm just looking for a campsite and not hoping to get SS. I've been trying to book a campsite through recreation.gov and the website just keeps spinning. I even tried to call the help number only to be told it'll be 90 minute wait. WFBS
