This is extremely good news. The latest research suggests starting HRT up to 10 years before full menopause reduces the risk of heart attack, stroke, and dementia.
Plus, topical vaginal is so low risk and so beneficial for nearly every AFAB person, my doctor says it should be OTC.

Ugh, everything RFK Jr. does has some sinister motivation, but in this case, it's the right move. I'm genuinely surprised he allowed this, instead of telling women they need to white knuckle it through menopause.
