one day i'll actually use veren... unfortunately today is not that day. at least they get a design retouch + a look for the summer coat

DEFINITELY wanted to make the hair/fur texture something other than just generic cutesy curls, so i'm satisfied enough with that much at least

at least it's a perfect excuse to tweak blair's looks a little 🤔 maybe, anyway. at the very least he can keep the longer tail (since it's not like i'm planning on designing an evolved look for him)

but anyway!! i'm largely indifferent @ the pokemon news. i just wish they embraced the dragonair vibes just a little more with the mega 😤 (it just feels weirdly naked to me)
A Mega Dragonite with a slightly tweaked design: its smaller wings have been removed, and additional pearls have been added to its neck and tail. The tail is also longer. The written notes say "Just embrace the ear wings >:/ (tiny ones gone), "and!!! give him his necklace back!!" and "MORE noodle"

it's my first time raising a pet from this young! (my first cat laila was already a few months old when we found her, and my dog neena was 4-5 when she was brought in)
