It really, really helped. I was very stable on mcas symptoms and barely needed my migraine meds anymore. I was on 1 mg morning and evening. I wanted to see if I could tolerate reducing because it's not great to take longer term, but I may not make it.

I'm trying to titrate down ketotifen, and it's not going great 🙃 So yep, I feel you
