And I'm glad they're being fed. I'm simply stating the likely political maneuver repubs will probably do as a result. It's the same action terrible managers do when they downsize their workforce. Everyone else is able to handle it the first week, and then it's, "see, you didn't need them anyways."

Be careful with this. Pretty sure what's gonna happen is Repubs will point to all these donations as proof that SNAP isn't needed, and private groups can provide the same function without government intervention. I hate this timeline....
