Week 5 of enormous meal prep salads. If you use lots of different colors it tastes better, that's just science.

Not invited to after work beers with the managers last night. Not that I'd want to go, I would have said something that would get me fired, but, still isn't fun to have people talk about plans around me.

One of our cats is very sick. Sky high kidney values. No bacteria in urine. He isn't getting better with antibiotics and fluids. We might be at the end. I'm very sad. I love him a lot.

Btw I DNF'd this workout 🥲. But it was so much fun!! I had 18 reps to go. I scaled to a 20lb dumbbell but I probably didn't need to. I am strong but burpees take me out quickly.
Feeling really euphoric about fitness right now. I still have a long way to go but I've made a lot of progress.

I had two shaved ices in Oahu: Mountain Magic and Matsumoto. Mountain Magic is better hands down. The ice is much smoother. However Matsumoto had a yuzu syrup that was fantastic.

Mākua Beach on Oahu. It was absolutely spectacular. We saw lots of spinner dolphins and could hear them under the water. The water was as clear and blue as you imagine.
