Better to have fewer aesthetic goals (chest/shoulder circumference, abs, tone, appeal) and more health-driven goals (improved strength, resting heart rate).

Had to unfollow some accounts on FB and IG since I noticed I was comparing (bad vibes) instead of applauding (good vibes). Not good.

I think most men would benefit from following those outside the gymbro sphere. Follow women. Follow gay men. Follow hobbyists doing stuff other than gym.
It's great to get fitter and more financially stable, but there's so much more joy to be found in masculinity beyond those two.
