Stimmt, aber die Leitung hast Du ja trotzdem. wenn das bidher über die Abnahme quergerechnet wurde heissts ja nur das das eigentlich Vielverbraucher fördert. Im Regelfall wirds aber auch billiger und das ist wichtig.
Einige Stadtwerke fördern das auch aktiv mit Zuschüssen (Stichwort #Negawatt).

P2000 desktop? That's a pretty rare one, even in Europe. They were almost entirely used in company offices and scrapped afterwards - unlike the home computer or portable ones.

Not really.
Way too limited. Only good for flat and wide structures.

VCF doesn't need a lot of money - just some people willing to nerd out. Sure some have gotten really big, but others stayed cosy. And all started as a community effort of a few. Rally up three friends, ask your old school principal about using the gym hall for an 'alumni science fair' and it's a VCF
