I was on a work call when someone shared their screen. I noticed they had over 50,000 unread emails in Outlook. 50k. I’m not sure I will ever reach that level of no fucks given, but I’m willing to try.

Today I learned that there is a Wikimedia Commons category "animations of shoes" with 86 gifs, all but one of which are rotating animations created by a guy named "Karl Martini" who calls his signature rotation style the "Martini Spin." I will never be bored on this website

I have hiked the area around Saint Helens for years. It’s one of my favorite places to visit when I need to clear my head. This past summer I spent several days hiking the area taking photos. Sharing a few here because it’s on my mind today.

My partner found this photo of her relatives posing in front of the Trojan Nuclear Power plant in Oregon. Opened in 1976. They have no idea that it would shut down years due to cracks discovered in the steam generator tubes. It was eventually decommissioned and demolished in 2006.
