There were changes to reviews in patches. This change was backwards-compatible, however, it is not forwards compatible – which can result in missing patches when trying to view them (don't worry they're still there 😅)

⚠️ If you're running a seed combining `radicle-node-1.2.1` and `radicle-httpd`, then it is necessary to run `radicle-httpd-0.20.0`.

Some of our developers are using `jj` alongside `git` daily!

This is all thanks to jj being interoperable with git 🤝
